Welcome to JA Holiday Xpress!
By booking our travel services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Booking Confirmation
    A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is received.

  • Vehicle Allocation
    We provide vehicles based on availability. A similar vehicle may be arranged if the chosen model is unavailable.

  • Timings & Delays
    Customers are requested to be on time. Extra waiting charges may apply for delays beyond the free waiting period.

  • Kilometer & Hours Calculation
    KM and hours are calculated from our garage to garage (Coimbatore).

  • Safety Rules
    Seatbelts must be used. Alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is not allowed.

  • Damage Responsibility
    Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be billed to the customer.

  • Driver Rights
    For safety, the driver may refuse routes that are unsafe or restricted.

  • Payment Terms
    Full payment must be completed before the end of the trip.

At JA Holiday Xpress, your privacy matters to us.
Here’s how we handle your information:

  • Information We Collect
    We may collect your name, phone number, location, and travel details only for booking purposes.

  • How We Use Your Information
    • To confirm bookings
    • To share driver and vehicle details
    • To provide better customer support

  • We Don't Share Your Information
    Your details are never sold or shared with third parties, except when required for your trip (driver contact).

  • Data Security
    Your contact details are stored securely and used only by authorized staff.

  • Your Control
    You may request to update or delete your information anytime.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change.
Here is our cancellation policy:

  • Free Cancellation (Before 24 Hours)
    You can cancel your booking 24 hours before the trip start time with no charges.
  • Within 24 Hours
    Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% charge of the trip amount.
  • Last-Minute or On-Trip Cancellation
    If the booking is cancelled after the vehicle has started or reached the pickup point, 100% charges apply.
  • Peak Season Rules
    During festivals/holidays, cancellation charges may vary.

Refund Policy

Our refund rules are straightforward:

  • Eligible Refunds
    If your booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the advance amount will be fully refunded.
  • Refund Timeline
    Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Cases
    • Cancelling within 24 hours
    • Cancelling after the vehicle is dispatched
    • No-show situations
  • Service Issues Refund
    If there is a genuine service failure from our side, we will review the case and offer a fair refund or discount.
